Responsibilities include daily oversight of children and staff, leading the ECCE Scheme for preschoolers, ensuring high care standards, developing curricular aligned with Aistear and Siolta, maintaining hygiene standards, attending required meetings and trainings, revising policies, adhering to the Child Protection Policy, preparing plans of varying terms, marketing the group, budget management, record-keeping as per Pobal and HSE guidelines, representing the service during inspections, networking with agencies, ensuring insurance and safety equipment maintenance, fostering positive relationships with parents, conducting staff meetings, coordinating staff recruitment, induction, appraisal, and training, managing emergencies, maintaining confidentiality, and performing other reasonable duties as assigned.
