What are the must haves? 

The successful candidate must have:  

  • A Montessori / Childcare Degree Qualification Award Level 7 / 8 from a recognised body  
  • Relevant criteria for ECCE Scheme (minimum 3 years experience in a childcare setting) 
  • Experience of dealing with challenging behaviours and special needs. 
  • Knowledge of working with the Aistear Curriculum Framework
