Job Description

We are looking for a Crech Manager, To over see the run of the creche in its entirety .

Location Dublin 15, Castleknock – starting end of August.

Roles and Responsibilities

Full knowlege of Tusla Regulations, DES , Environmental Health and PIP.

To be responsible for all office administration.  Complete knowledge and understanding of the various DCYA/pobal  programmes.

Ensuring staff rosters and staffing of the center are well organised.

To ensure all rooms in the setting have the necessary paperwork and records up to date and accurate at all times.

To carry out viewings for potential parents

Develop a positive and professional relationship with our families, children and also staff.  Carrying out one to one meetings with staff as well as group team meetings on a regular basis.

To provide excellent support , guidance and mentoring to all staff members in the creche.

Candidate must be highly organised with very effective time management skills.  Also the candidate must have excellent attention to detail.

The successful candidate must have

Must have First Aid/CPR, Manual handling, HACCP and be willing to complete any training as required.

Ideal candidate to hold a Level 8 – but level 6 also considered.

Management experience or supervisory experience of a min. of 2 years is necesary.
